SYSA is for Boys & Girls between 6 years old (by April
1, 2008)
and 15 years old (but still in Middle School). Equipment required: shin guards and soccer
cleats. The fee is $35 per player for
6 – 12 year olds and $40 for 13 -15 year olds paid registered before February 9,
2008. Note: For those players NEW to the 13 – 15 years age division: An
extra $20 fee is required for a game jersey. For those registering after February
10th the fee increases to $45 for 6 -12 and $50 for 13 -15 year olds per
player. The FINAL registration deadline is February 22,2008. Forms received
after that will be placed on a waiting list and may not be placed on a team.

You can mail your registration form and check to: Sparta
Youth Soccer, P.O. Box 212, Sparta, MI 49345. Make checks payable to “Sparta Youth
Soccer” and be sure to submit one completed form per player.
Car pool requests between 2 families may be permitted
at the board’s discretion. Discuss your car pool needs with the other party and
each write your mutual requests on the bottom of the registration form. This needs
to be done on the registration form because after team formation has been done requests
may not be permitted.
Players and parents are expected to attend a meeting on
March 18, 2008 in the Middle School Cafeteria (old high school) @ 7 PM.
Games will start on April 19th and end on June
7, 2008
